Watchtower, Part 2 of 3. In this depiction of a potential future for the Dark Knight, Batman invades Tri-Corner, the area controlled by Vigil, Inc., the ruthless private security agency backed by the mayor. While searching for clues to its insidious private agenda, the Dark Knight discovers he is targeted by an army of Vigil's armored guards, who have him outgunned, outnumbered and out on a limb!
